Our offered SAE 4130 Fittings are available with standard pressure ratings like 7.5k, 10k, 15k, and upto 20k PSI and these fittings are available or confirms to NACE MR 01-75. We provide MTC as per EN 10204 3.1 for all our materials but if clients requires 3.2 Certification that can be done under any Third party inspection agencies like DNV, TUV, SGS, LLoyds, BV, ABS etc. as per customers requirements. Our offered 4130 fittings are acceptable for grade L80 fittings and mechanical properties as per API 5CT gr L80.

Our AISI 4130 fittings are also conforms to PSL1, PSL2, PSL3 so they are also known as high pressure fittings which are used in applications like low temperature, sour service, onshore offshore, drilling and rig projects, in well head equipment’s, christmas tree etc. These fittings are also known as 75K or 80K fittings as there minimum yield strength is 75KSI/80KSI and ultimate tensile strength i.e. UTS minimum 95KSI.
